One Year Anniversary!

This past Thursday, July 15 Adam and I celebrated our 1 year Wedding Anniversary! It really is weird that we have been married a year. At some points I think, "Wow, has it really been a WHOLE year??" and then other times I'm thinking "Meh, it's just a year."

I don't consider one year a milestone by any means, but it is still exciting and a cause for celebration. We decided on no presents (let's be real, we buy ourselves anything we want anyway) and just spent the day together instead. We took the entire day off of work and then had dinner at a nice French place off of 6th St., Chez Nous, and then watched the bats under the Congress bridge.

I am more happily married now than I was on my wedding day. We are growing together, learning together and falling more in love every single day. That's exactly how it should be. :)

My husband is my best friend. Cliche? Yes. True? Incredibly.
